Potatoes

- red and brown onions.
Greens:
- Tuscan kale (cavolo nero);
- Perpetual spinach;
- broccolini;
- rocket;
- cabbages;
- wild greens – nettles, sorrel, fat hen .
Bitter greens:
- radicchio,
- scarole,
- sugarloaf chicory,
- frisee,
- dandelion chicory;
- Bitter green and lettuce salad mix;
Asian Greens:
- flowering choy sum;
- Chinese cabbage;
- coriander.
